San Marco Hotel Curacao & Casino, Willemstad

Upon arrival, I found the hotel's location fantastic. The overall cleanliness was good, but the antiquated rooms with an old air conditioning system, noise issues, and flies were a downside. The shower in the bathtub with an old plastic curtain was a bit disappointing, despite the good Wi-Fi and air conditioning provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, with ample towels and a mini-fridge, which was a great convenience. The staff was friendly and made my travel experience enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, with everything so close by, although it was a bit noisy due to ongoing construction. The dining experience was diverse and included options for all tastes.

The hotel had very clean rooms, but they felt stark with only a 1000w spotlight in the ceiling, making it not very relaxing for reading in the evenings. The lack of decor, just bare white walls, was noticeable, especially being on the first floor. The location was excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance of many key places, yet the room I received had a stinky toilet. The dining experience was superb with a variety of delicious options for breakfast, though it seemed a bit pricey. The service was mostly correct and friendly, but unfortunately, my purse was stolen, which left me quite upset.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, with excellent Wi-Fi connections in the rooms, although they lacked windows. The cleanliness was satisfactory, but some areas showed signs of wear and tear. The warmth of the room was a downside after a long day.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Willemstad, with a nice smoking balcony in the lobby for your convenience. The rooms are a bit small and old-fashioned, but come with ample towels and a mini-fridge. The service is friendly overall, although there was a small miscommunication about toilet paper disposal. The dining options are simple, and the facilities are satisfactory.
